The Taste Festivals allow you to sample the best signature dishes from the latest and greatest restaraunts across the UK, prepared by world famous chefs.

A Taste of Edinburgh 2007, took place in June this year, and it's 2008 outing is provisionally booked in for June 5 through 8.

Why not stay that extra day at Scotch on the Rocks next year, and help fill your belly with some of this wonderful food?
