Payment
Payment is required before conference, otherwise Fuzzy Orange as organisers of Scotch on the Rocks, reserve the right to refuse entry.
Until payment is received, your place at the conference is provisional. It is therefore recommended you pay promptly.
Transfer policy
You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us by email up to one month before the conference without penalty.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations will be subject to a service fee, based on a sliding scale as follows;
- Cancel by 30 April 2008: subject to �50 service fee
- Cancel between 1st May and 15th May: subject to 50% service fee
- Cancel after 15th May: no refund will be given.
All "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
All cancellations must be submitted by email. Confirmation of cancellation will be received via e-mail.
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by Fuzzy Orange, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel/Flight cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for cancelling your own room and/or flight reservations directly with the hotel or airline carrier.
